The Barry Sisters, Minnie (1923 - 1976) and Clara (1920 - 2014) Bagelman were popular American jazz singers, whose careers lasted for over 30 years. Known as Merna and Claire Barry on stage, the Bagelman Sisters, as they were initially known, commenced recording in the 1930s, with Victor Records. Both performed on WHN Radio in New York until the mid-1950s, with popular songs such as "Raindrops Keep Falling on my Head", sung in Yiddish. The Sisters went on to entertain in the Catskills Resorts hotels and also to tour with Mickey Katz, eventually touring the Soviet Union in 1959. 11 albums were released, their final one being 'My Way' in 1973.
