Carmel Quinn (born 1925) is an Irish-American entertainer, who, after initial success in her native Dublin, emigrated to America in 1954, appearing regularly on ''Arthur Godfrey's Talent Scouts' radio show, his TV called 'Arthur Godfrey and his Friends' and later, his CBS Radio show 'Arthur Godfrey Time.' Aside from her TV appearances, Quinn has also recorded many successful music albums and performed for Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. Quinn also made appearances on 'The Ed Sullivan Show', 'Match Game' and 'Candid Camera'. She went on to do musical road shows and starred in 'Wildcat', 'Finian's Rainbow', and 'The Sound of Music.' In 1991, she received the John F. Kennedy Award in recognition of her work. Quinn continues to perform cabaret shows throughout the U.S.A.
