The Lettermen (1959-       ) are an American male pop music vocal trio.  They are known for close-harmony songs with light arrangments.  They have had 16 Top 10 single hits, including "When I Fall in Love", which reached #1 on Billboard's Easy Listening chart in 1962.  Though the Lettermen are a trio, over time there have been 19 Lettermen.  Tony Butala has been and is the only enduring member.
