Steve Lawrence (1935-       ) is an American singer and actor, who, with his wife Edyie Gormé, were known as "Steve and Edyie".  He sang "Go Away Little Girl" to #1 in 1962; it sold more than a million copies.  Steve performed in nightclubs, Broadway, and a string of television programs.
